Cancellation & Refund Policy

We stand behind every piece we make and sell. Our goal is that your PMT purchase arrives in perfect condition and becomes part of your home, ritual space or gift collection for generations. This Returns & Refunds policy is written to be fair — protecting our craft, our artisans and you.

 

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been packed or dispatched.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at support@pmtsince1944.com with your order ID.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

We do NOT accept cancellations for:

  • Perishable items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items already shipped

If the product is defective or incorrect, please refer to the refund section below.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund or replacement may be provided in the following cases:

A. Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective item, you must:

  1. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear pictures or videos as evidence

  3. Share your order ID and contact information

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement OR

  • A refund to the original payment method

B. Wrong Product Delivered

If the product delivered does not match your order, notify us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Conditions Where Refunds Are NOT Applicable

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Customer changed their mind

  • Incorrect information provided during checkout

  • Minor variations in color or design due to display differences

  • Damage caused by customer misuse or improper handling

  • Failure to report the issue within the specified time window

5. Refund Timeline

Once approved:

  • Refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days

  • Actual credit may depend on your bank/payment provider

  • Replacement items will be shipped according to standard delivery timelines

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Detailed description of the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond promptly.

7. Warranty-Related Issues

If the product includes a manufacturer’s warranty:

  • Please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims

  • We will assist you with required documents if needed
